Eastbourne – an elegant classic 19th century resort with a pristine promenade, 1930s bandstand and iconic Pier.
We depart West Wales in the morning and travel via the M4 to Eastbourne, with suitable comfort stops en-route. Check into our hotel, which will be our base for the next 4 nights.
A day of leisure in Eastbourne.
Today, we shall visit the charming historic market town of Tunbridge Wells, named after a natural spring that welled up from the ground over 400 years ago.
In the morning, we will travel to Bexhill and Hastings. Then after lunch, continue our journey to visit Pashley Manor Gardens – a quintessential English garden located on the Sussex and Kent border – which offers a sumptuous blend of romantic landscaping, imaginative plantings and fine old trees, fountains, springs and large ponds.
Sadly after breakfast, we depart the hotel and retrace our steps back to Pembrokeshire with suitable comfort stops. Arrive home in the evening.
