Bwcabus Fflecsi notice
Dear fflecsi user,
Your fflecsi service is really popular and providing lots of journeys across the zones in Pembrokeshire. To better serve passenger needs, were implementing a number of changes from Monday 27 June.
The 643 and 645 fixed bus routes will no longer operate as the number of passengers travelling is very low. However, you can still book these journeys via the fflecsi app or by phoning the contact centre on 0300 234 0300. These changes also mean that customers who do not live along the fixed bus route will now be able to access the bus service.
As well as the changes to the fixed journeys, the following changes to the fflecsi zones will improve travel opportunities:
The 3 zones of St Brides, Jemima and St Aidans will be combined into one so that the whole area will have transport every day. It will also enable journeys which werent previously possible as the start and end locations will now be in the same zones.
The Bwcabus zone will be extended to enable customers to travel all the way into Haverfordwest and Fishguard. This is to improve the journey times for customers travelling from areas such as Spittal and Trecwn.
For more information on these changes please dont hesitate to email helo@fflecsi.cymru
Best wishes from your TfW fflecsi team
