As we continue to operate on reduced timetables, we would like to reassure passengers that we are following all government guidlines with strict cleaning regimes and would like to share what we have been doing and what we will continue to do.
Our drivers temperature's are checked every morning when they clock in for their shifts.
We have installed protective screens enclosing the drivers cab area.
There are two openings at the bottom where you can either pay by card/or use a concessionary OR pay with cash.
We have installed hand sanitiser dispensers onboard our buses for passengers to use.
All touch points are being wiped down before journeys and strict cleaning regimes are being carried out by our cleaners, including fogging our buses with UK approved products.
We have introduced a limited capacity onboard all of our services to limit how many passengers are on each bus as passengers should be socially distancing on board, in line with government guidelines.
We have updated our ticket machines with passenger counting software that lets the driver know how many passgengers are on board.
We make sure our drivers have access to PPE such as gloves, masks and hand sanitisers.

While we wait on guidance for when we can start operating Coach Holidays and Day Tours again, we have achieved the Were Good To Go official UK mark.
We're Good To Go is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
