Bristol & Great Dorset Steam Fair

A short break to the City of Bristol, and a visit to The Great Dorset Steam Fair.

Daily Itinerary

Day 1:

We shall depart West Wales in the morning and visit Oakham Treasures on the outskirts of Bristol. Oakham Treasures is one of the largest privately owned museums  of retail and farming history in the UK.  Opened to the public for the very first time in July 2008, it has become an award winning major attraction, and guarantees to give you an amazing and uplifting trip down memory lane. Continue on to the hotel, check-in to the hotel and the evening is free for you to do as you please.

Day 2: Depart the hotel after breakfast and make our way to the Great Dorset Steam Fair* in Blandford Forum.  Or if you wish, stay in Bristol for the day.  Return in the evening to the hotel.

Day 3: Depart the hotel after breakfast and make the short journey to the British Aerospace* to see the last Concorde ever to fly, and after the coach will take you to Cribbs Causeway. Or if the British Aerospace is not to your taste, you can spend the day in Cribbs Causeway. Depart Cribbs Causeway and make our way home to West Wales, arriving in the evening.
